Failure to follow the terms listed below will result in a blacklisting and not being able to obtain artwork from me in the future.
-Contact me through toyhou.se (Shikakon) or on discord! (@shikakon)-When commissioning me (or buying an adopt), you are agreeing to my terms of service.-My tos is subject to change at any time.-I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.-DO NOT trace, edit, or claim any of my artworks as your own and do not remove any watermarks.-DO NOT use any of my art or designs for hate speech or to promote anything that could be potentially harmful.-DO NOT use my artwork for creation of NFTS, feeding it to AI, or anything cryptocurrency related.-All of my art is for personal use only. The commissioner can use my art as an icon or banner with PROPER CREDIT. Commercial use is prohibited (ie. promoting a campaign, merchandise, etc.)PAYMENT:-Payment through PayPal USD ! (Be prepared to provide an email. If you do not feel comfortable sharing it out in the open, you could always DM me it !)-Payment will be upfront-I will only start on a piece once everything has been paid for in full amount and will provide updates through the process.-If, for any reason, I cannot start on your commission; I will do a full refund.-If I have started the sketching process I will do half a refund. I will not do any refunds after sketching has been finished.
-Once I have completed your commission I will send you the full PNG.-DO NOT attempt to haggle my prices.ADOPTS-do not use my designs for hate speech-all of my T.O.S for regular art applies to my adopt art as well.-please give proper credit for the original design-I don't do refunds on adopts-DO NOT sell the adopt for a higher price than originally sold. (Exceptions being; if the adopt has gained extra artwork after being sold)-once you have obtained the adopt, you are free to make any changes to design and use it for whatever you wish, as long as it stays recognizable and isn't violating any of my terms(and isn't used for harm or hate speech). Just credit me for the original design and artwork.
- I might occasionally post my artwork on my social media so please tell me if you'd like for me to not post your commission/if you'd like to remain annonymous!
